AI Consulting · Dubai & Remote
Most organisations deploy AI for efficiency. Nobody designs for the people navigating it.
You are not behind. But you are improvising. The gap is not knowledge. It is structure. Most AI implementations fail not at the technology layer but at the human one. Adoption stalls. Roles shift. The people in the middle absorb the cost. I work at that intersection, designing systems that hold up when they meet real work, real decisions, and real people.
Who this is for
A senior operator whose team is expected to do more with AI and has no framework for how.
A professional whose role shifted overnight and needs to rebuild without losing what makes them effective.
An organisation that shipped an AI pilot and is now asking why adoption is flat.
Who I am
I'm Sara Javan. A decade designing systems inside enterprise, the kind where a decision at the interface level has real consequences for real people.
I moved to Dubai in late 2024 and built this practice around one observation: AI governance and AI implementation are treated as technical problems. They are not. They are human ones. I consult with individuals and organisations caught in that gap. Based in Dubai, working remotely.
How it works
A conversation. 30 minutes. No agenda except understanding where the gap actually is.
A diagnosis. What is blocking responsible AI adoption, and what a system built around your context could look like.
The work. Pilot to production. Built around how your people actually work, not how AI theoretically should.
